Can I use Recepti without an account?

Updated 19 October 2026 · 2 min read

Short answer

Yes. Recepti starts with an anonymous guest session, so you can save recipes without an email or password. Guest recipes belong to the browser you used. You can also create an account with an email and password.

How guest mode works

When you open getrecepti.app, Recepti creates an anonymous session for you. According to the privacy policy, it has an ID but no personal information attached. Your saved recipes are linked to that session.
